How do I book ?

Just click on the course you are interested in or click the ‘contact us page’ someone will be in contact within 24 hours, once you have paid for your course you will be sent the Joining Instructions by e-mail.

How do I pay ?

Just transfer the funds to our bank account by BACS, details of the account will be provided at the time of booking, please drop us an email to let us know you have done that.

Do I have to be a member to book ?

We welcome all bookings although members will receive preferential pricing or other benefits.

How do I become a member of your Training Group ?

Please see our members page.

I am not a CITB Levy payer, can I still join ?

Certainly, although being a levy payer could unlock additional funding which we use to subsidise your training costs.

What PPE do I need ?

This will be outlined on you course confirmation / Joining Instructions.

Where will my certificate be sent ?

It will be sent to the same address as the billing address.

How long will my certificate take to be issued ?

This depends on the course booked, externally accredited courses will generally take longer.

Where is my course being held ?

This will be clearly stated on the Joining Instructions, please do take a moment before the course date to ensure you are aware of the location, start time and PPE requirements for the course you have booked.

Is lunch provided ?

Lunch is provided on most full Day courses, it will be detailed on your Joining Instructions.

What about Parking ?

Not all training venues provide parking, some use public parking where this is a daily charge, if unsure please contact us.

Do I have to attend all training days ?

Delegates will need to attend all days if they wish to pass and be awarded a certificate for the course.
